Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff who were more than willing to assist us with our luggage. The room was spacious, clean, and had luxurious amenities such as a king-sized bed and a private jacuzzi. The location was great as it was within walking distance to popular tourist attractions.
One minor inconvenience was that the room service was slow to respond. However, this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay.
